Return Policy

Due to the nature of our Services, Medmom Beauty Studio does not issue refunds for Services once they are rendered or for Merchandise purchased. However, in the case of defective or damaged Merchandise, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt for assistance with returns or exchanges. For any dissatisfaction with Services provided, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours so we can address the dissatisfaction.
